Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Hourly Service

 A minimum of 3 hours is required for all hourly bookings.

Cancellations

  • Free Cancellation: If cancelled 6 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time.
  • 50% Fee: For cancellations made less than 6 hours before pickup.
  • Full Charge (100%): For cancellations made less than 3 hours before pickup or in the event of a No-Show.
